We are growing and we are looking for a competent and passionate Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.


  • Successfully review job descriptions in order to understand the needs of the hiring manager as well to ask questions that’ll help you identify the right candidate(s)
  • Source potential candidates on LinkedIn and niche platforms
  • Screen- Ascertaining the competence of candidates against a technical job description
  • Interview- Meeting candidates in person, telephone, or video conference etc. combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) to assess their qualifications

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems or similar field
  • 1-3 years of previous experience in information technology in order to successfully find, assess, and hire the right IT candidates for business and represent those same IT professionals in their job search
  • Strong social aptitude
